Casa Montañaverde
Casa Villavicencio is conceived as a residence deeply connected to the landscape and the rhythm of life in Allende. Its architecture seeks to create generous, light-filled, and naturally ventilated spaces while maintaining a close relationship with the outdoors.
The house unfolds across different levels —ground floor and basement— allowing the program to adapt naturally to the site conditions while creating distinct spatial experiences throughout the residence.
The pitched roof, double-height spaces, and strategically placed openings for natural light shape an architecture that responds both to the local climate and to the human scale of domestic life.

Materials
La selección de materiales busca transmitir calidez, naturalidad y permanencia.The material palette was selected to convey warmth, authenticity, and permanence. Stone, wood, mineral finishes, and a range of neutral tones create a serene atmosphere, while generous openings allow vegetation, natural light, and the surrounding landscape to become an integral part of the interior experience.
The building envelope incorporates carefully selected insulation systems, window assemblies, and glazing solutions to enhance the home’s thermal performance.
Process
The project was developed from conceptual design through construction documentation and is currently progressing through its construction phase.
Architecture, structure, building systems, lighting, glazing, and construction details are coordinated as a unified project, allowing key decisions to be resolved before reaching the construction site.
Casa Villavicencio reflects our approach to the architectural process: designing from the very beginning with an understanding of how it will ultimately be built.
